Director and Montessori educator with AMI diploma 3-6 years old
I studied in the United States and then spent a year in Peru volunteering with an NGO that defends the rights of working children.
After four years teaching in primary school, I took a break to focus on my own children and run my bed and breakfast.
I believe that learning should be joyful. Children can be excited about discovering and understanding the world when we inspire their natural curiosity. It was with this belief that I opened the school in 2016 and trained in Montessori education.
I love observing and supporting children, watching them grow, progress, and blossom.

Maria Gimeno Navarro
Montessori educator with AMI diploma 6-12 years old
I’m Spanish and attended a bilingual English-Spanish school, which sparked my love for languages and my curiosity about the world from an early age.
I worked for several years as an engineer. Becoming a mother introduced me to Montessori education, and it was a true revelation. I trained at the Maria Montessori Institute in Montpellier (AMI) and joined the Uzès team in 2018.
I strongly believe, like Nelson Mandela, that education is the most powerful weapon to change the world. I’m thrilled to support children at this key stage of their lives, where curiosity, imagination, social skills, and openness to the world are so important.

Eva Paris
Montessori educator with AMI diploma 3-6 years old
I lived abroad for many years, mainly in Mexico, where I taught French as a foreign language. I also volunteered with organizations supporting the education and integration of disadvantaged children. These experiences had a profound impact on me and instilled values I hold dear: solidarity, sharing, and humility—qualities Maria Montessori considered essential for any educator.
Back in France, I worked as a substitute teacher in the national education system. This confirmed my belief in the importance of movement, choice, and independence for children, all within a caring and well-prepared environment.
I strongly believe in careful observation and respecting each child’s individual pace. By responding to their unique needs, I aim to guide them with gentleness and fairness, building a relationship of trust that supports their self-esteem, determination, and ability to adapt to the world.

Sadie Kemp
English-speaking Montessori Assistant 3-6 years old.
I’m English and I love supporting children in their learning, watching them grow, and helping them develop their natural curiosity. I strongly believe in the Montessori method, which allows each child to progress at their own pace, explore, and create freely.
My goal is to guide them with care and enthusiasm in English, providing a stimulating and safe environment. I also aim to work closely with families so that every child enjoys a rich, fulfilling learning experience tailored to their personality.

Florence Grand
Montessori educator with AMI diploma 6-12 years old
I’m Franco-Italian and have always been fascinated by the living world, its richness, diversity, and the importance of taking care of it. After earning a degree in biological and chemical process engineering, I worked for 17 years in waste management and water treatment.
I first retrained as an ergonomist, and later pursued a second career path to train at ISMM Montpellier and become a Montessori educator for 6-12 year olds.
I aim to support children in reaching their full potential, academically, emotionally, and socially. Guiding them at their own pace, respecting their abilities, and building on hands-on activities and their own engagement is, to me, the most effective and respectful way to help them grow.
